A Fighter and a tumbler

A few years ago, TOle named his single scull “Thanatos”, which can be translated as death wish. At that time, the law student didn’t know that this name will be a metaphor for this career. Despite his constant good performances and two victories at the German Championships, he wasn’t nominated for the World Championship last year. But TOle wouldn’t be himself if he didn’t recover from this setback and didn’t fight for his dream of winning the gold medal at the Olympic Games. With Stephan Krüger he has a new and very experienced partner in the double scull at his side. Can he finally reach his big goal with him?
