Family first!

Stephan Riemekasten has decided. The Yale graduate and current medical student has become a father for the second time after last year’s World Championships. Since the native Berliner is not one of the biggest musclemen in the German scull national team, he unfortunately could not convince the coaches of his physical ability. For family reasons, Stephan stopped his way to the Olympic Games, as the sympathetic rower wants to have more time with his family. However, Stephan is still working on his physique in order to be able to participate in some regattas this season and to attack strongly again at the next Olympic cycle.
